Wartburg State School partners with Reef to Beach Surf School in Agnes Water to deliver a surfing program for students in years 5 and 6. The lessons are delivered each week over a 6 week period.
The surfing skills program is an extension of the Physical Education program aiming to provide students with the opportunity to learn new skills, hone their technical skills and broaden their knowledge of beach environments and surf survival skills.
